Salient Features / Advantages of Heat Exchanger

  • Increase in load by approximately 10% due to sustained, better cooling. Hence there will be no need to reduce the load due to over heating.

  • Since the Radiator cooling fan will be removed, there will be increase output at the same diesel consumption and drastic reduction in noise and vibrations.

  • Reduction in wear and tear of engine parts due to improved cooling, thereby reduction in maintenance cost.

  • Cleaning and de-scaling of Heat exchanger is very easy, simply by circulating a commonly available de-scaling media. Hence no more problems of radiator choking and servicing of radiator fan blades.
